Frequently asked questions

Mama Dispensary is a boutique online pharmacy created by mums, for mums, founded by Ally and run alongside her long-time friend and fellow pharmacist Samantha. Born from their combined 25+ years of pharmacy experience—and the realisation that motherhood still comes with overwhelming choices—Mama Dispensary exists to ease the mental load of pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood. With carefully curated essentials, personalised pharmacist advice and every order checked for safety and suitability, we help mums shop with confidence.

If you have any questions, please contact us by emailing: hello@mamadispensary.co.nz

Once you place your order, one of our pharmacists will review your responses and ensure it is safe for you and your family. Once reviewed, we will pack and send your parcel out promptly. If there are any issues, we will contact you as soon as possible.
