How to use
- Fill the bottle with lukewarm water (ideally around 37 - 38℃)
- Screw the cap on and extend the nozzle.
- Invert the bottle between your legs while on the toilet or in the shower and aim the tip towards your bits.
- Squeeze the bottle gently and repeat as needed.
